Scott Lardner

President

Scott has been in the stone business for most of his working life. An experienced and seasoned stone industry executive, he has served as President of RMS since 1988 and served as President of the Marble Institute of America in 2005. Enjoys his family, golfing & fishing with friends and is a mediocre guitar player.

Steve Bickel

Commercial Project Manager

Oversees all commercial projects within RMS. Has been with RMS for 35 years and has worked at every level of the organization. Knows most everything about both the construction industry and the stone industry.

Chase Hanley

Project Manager

Project manager extraordinaire – United States Marine Veteran. Has his focus on development of new customers, assisting showroom sales and all website inquiries. Loves to spend time at the lake around the campfire, playing golf and can’t get enough of the outdoors!

Karen Ryan

Senior Project Manager

Senior design specialist with over 15 years’ experience in sales and custom design work. Excellent color coach and insightful designer. Loves what she does and it shows!

Kim Montano

Enterprise Sales

Manages all day-to-day installation crews and scheduling. Extensive experience in the business of countertop fabrication and installation. Very detail oriented, coupled with a high level of customer service, Kim will ensure your project is completed with great communication in a timely, friendly, and easy manner.

Sean Lardner

General Manager

Started young and has earned his way to being solid project coordinator. Extensive knowledge base of construction and the systems needed to provide consistent, high-quality stonework. Loves to hunt and fish, and not a bad golfer.

Merwin Valdez

Controller/Accounting Manager

With a strong background in accounting and extensive experience in auditing work, Merwin oversees all of our accounting and financial matters.  His attention to detail, friendly outlook and incredible work ethic has been a blessing to our organization.  He enjoys spending time with his family, Bruno,  and following his favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves.

Chris Quintana

Special Projects/Warranty

Overseer of all field production and installation crews. Very experienced in stone fabrication, installation and general construction. He has over 40 years’ experience in the stone industry in New Mexico. When Chris is not orchestrating projects, he has a farm with livestock and crops.

Nash Lujan

Installation Manager

Oversees all shop and pre-production personnel. Makes managing the shop look easy with incredibly high standards for quality and accountability.

Juan Otero

Senior Scheduler

Scheduler King – knows his resources like the back of his hand and works diligently on a daily basis to appease the most demanding projects.

Alex Vital-Salazar

CAD & Programming Tech

Layout specialist – does all of our programming and slab layouts for CNC work. Worked his way through the shop and has found his calling. A new family keeps him busy when he’s not doing kitchen layouts.

Aaron Green

Construction Services

Lead construction services provider. Does a fine tear out in the morning and puts the finishing touches on a project in the afternoon. You want Aaron on your job!

Leonel Payen

Template Tech

Oversees quality control in the shop and inspects and double checks every piece of stone that gets cut at RMS. Also covers warranty work when that rare occasion surfaces. With over 20 years of stone experience, Leonel doesn’t miss much.

Larry Marler Jr. 

Scheduling Assistant

Larry can schedule with the best of them. Jack of all trades with a wealth of knowledge, all wrapped up with kindness and a helpful attitude.  He’s a devoted husband that loves taking trips with my wife.
